BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR YOUR DELIVERY — PLEASE READ 1. Inspect every crate and carton at delivery. Note ALL visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt / BOL before signing. 2. Photograph the packaging and the damaged material BEFORE unpacking. Keep all original crating and packaging materials. 3. Do not discard or install damaged items. Report damage to Summit Lockers within 5 business days of delivery. 4. Complete this form and email it with photos to info@summitlockers.com. We will guide you through replacement or repair.
