Purchases

Summit Lockers may make changes to any products or services offered, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. The materials with respect to products and services may be out of date, and Summit Lockers makes no commitment to update the materials respect to such products and services.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase.

Cancellations

A cancellation fee applies to all purchase orders and/or formal letters of purchasing intent cancelled prior to production. Agreement to purchase indicates agreement to pay cancellation fee of 5% of total order or 1.5% of order plus a calculated cost per set of drawings/revisions submitted to customer. Final fee to be determined by Summit Lockers, Inc. 

For orders released for production, customer agrees to pay reimbursement costs for any materials purchased. The reimbursement amount will be calculated by design fees, material purchased, plus a 5% restocking/overhead fee. 

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have begun production. 100% of purchase charges will be invoiced if orders have reached final production cycle.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Summit Lockers and its affiliates and hold Summit Lockers harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.

Limitation on liability

Summit Lockers is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website.

Summit Lockers reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between Summit Lockers and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.
